If you see the speech of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, his voice clearly seems to be blaming the public for the failure to save the temple. But we needed to correct this history chapter and fix the responsibilities.
It was a failure because the temple trust did not give importance to the temple security. The temple was worth billions of rupees but the temple trust did not invested in the security of the temple.
Temple trust needed to invest at least 10% of their value in the security and set up a defence department for this but they did not and thus they failed.
Why hindu public should be blamed? It was clearly a failure of the management.
अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के भाषण को देखें तो उनकी आवाज साफ तौर पर मंदिर को बचाने में नाकामी के लिए जनता को जिम्मेदार ठहराती नजर आ रही है. लेकिन हमें इस इतिहास के अध्याय को ठीक करने और जिम्मेदारियों को तय करने की जरूरत थी।
यह एक विफलता थी क्योंकि मंदिर ट्रस्ट ने मंदिर की सुरक्षा को महत्व नहीं दिया। मंदिर की कीमत अरबों रुपये थी लेकिन मंदिर ट्रस्ट ने मंदिर की सुरक्षा में निवेश नहीं किया।
मंदिर ट्रस्ट को अपने मूल्य का कम से कम 10% सुरक्षा में निवेश करने और इसके लिए एक रक्षा विभाग स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता थी, लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया और इस तरह वे असफल रहे।
हिंदू जनता को दोष क्यों देना चाहिए? यह स्पष्ट रूप से प्रबंधन की विफलता थी।
